The State of Hawai'i is implementing Aloha eBUYS, an eProcurement solution that will transform the procurement process for State Executive Branch Departments and participating CPO jurisdictions.
The Aloha eBUYS Vision
To deploy a best-in-class integrated eProcurement solution that provides streamlined State processes, resulting in improved efficiencies, compliance and transparency.
Aloha eBUYS aims to simplify the procurement process throughout all State Executive Branch Departments, enhancing efficiency and phasing out paper-based documentation. Through the Aloha eBUYS Marketplace, accessible to State Executive Branch Departments, participating jurisdictions, users will enjoy a faster and smoother experience in browsing and purchasing from statewide contracts.
The shift to Aloha eBUYS will empower the State to broaden the reach and utilization of statewide contracts, improve transparency and compliance, while decreasing procurement expenses. Additionally, the updated Aloha eBUYS will foster vendor competition by providing a straightforward and transparent platform for all vendors to engage with the State.
Aloha eBUYS will be implemented in the following phases over the next several years:
