Aloha eBUYS for Vendors: Price and Vendor List
The Statewide eProcurement system, Aloha eBUYS, will make it easier for Vendors to do business with the State of Hawai'i. Aloha eBUYS was developed in partnership with Periscope, an mdf commerce company*, to streamline the process of selling to Hawai'i government agencies. It is both a technology system and cooperative purchasing program. The State of Hawai'i is trusting us to manage the platform for both Hawaiï agencies as well as vendors such as yourself. We strive to work with each vendor participating in Aloha eBUYS to maximize their Hawai'i contract sales and meet their business goals, regardless of size or scope.

How Do I Participate as a Vendor?
- Register for Aloha eBUYS. (See Vendor Registration Guide Below)
- You must have an active State of Hawai'i Cooperative Contract.
If your contract does not contain Aloha eBUYS Marketplace terms and conditions, contact your State of Hawai'i Purchasing Specialist. - Contact Periscope to get started in the Aloha eBUYS Marketplace: vendors@alohaebuys.info
- Report quarterly on all purchases made through your contract and pay your convenience fee online in our Reconciler system. (See Vendor Reporting and Payment Guide Below)
